About Me

Hi, I’m Jill Worboys, Registered Dietitian.
I’m passionate about helping people through nutrition counselling to support their overall well-being. I take a whole-person approach that considers not just what you eat, but how food fits into your life, your goals, and your health journey.
My practice is weight-inclusive, which means that we focus on health-promoting behaviours and having a good relationships with food rather than the number on the scale. I believe that everyone deserves respectful, compassionate care—free from judgement—so we can work together to improve energy, manage symptoms, and support your body’s needs at any size.

Living with chronic pain can make everyday choices—like what to eat—feel overwhelming. As someone who also experiences chronic pain, I understand those challenges firsthand. I help clients use nutrition to support energy, reduce inflammation, and make food a source of comfort and nourishment, not stress.

The transition through perimenopause and menopause can bring changes in energy, sleep, mood, and body composition. I help clients navigate this stage with nutrition strategies that support hormone balance, bone health, and overall well-being—without diets or restriction. My goal is to help you feel grounded, nourished, and confident in your changing body.

Sports Nutrition

Whether you’re new to exercise or training regularly, nutrition plays a key role in energy, recovery, and performance. I help clients fuel their bodies in a balanced, sustainable way—without rigid rules or extremes—so they can feel strong, energized, and supported in their activity goals.

Chronic Disease Prevention & Management

Nutrition can play a powerful role in preventing and managing conditions like heart disease, and high blood pressure. I help clients make realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term health—focusing on nourishment, balance, and what works best for their unique lifestyle.
